  I bought my 2nd home with CrossCountry, they save me so much money by the time it was time to close it was ridiculous. Compared with the 1st home, witch was much less in price, I spent 30% more money, overall then I did with Cross country. They are not limited with who they can help or what kind of help you need. Top notch, best in Columbus.

  My son and I worked with Aindrea when he bought his first house. Neither of us knew anything about buying a house. Aindrea worked with us, getting us enrolled in classes to give us information neither of us knew. She explained everything and every step to my son. She answered all of our questions, and we had plenty! I have recommended her to several people since then, and my son used her again when he and his wife purchased a house together! Even though it's been a while, she still greets us like it was yesterday when we see her around town.

  The best experience you will ever have, almost as good as finding your dream home! My wife and I lived in a nightmare for a full year trying to get a construction loan from a big bank. There was a lot of headache, not getting a straightforward response to our questions, waiting weeks even for a answer, making us jump through hoops with no success, and the list goes on. We was about to give up on our dream home when we found out that Team Wilder can do construction loans. So we tried one more time... and I was blown away by how fast they were!!! Within 40 days we were sitting down to sign our papers!!!! I could not believe it!!! Something the BIG boys could not do!!!!!! Andrea and her time not only did it in 40 days but was on the ball with helping us understand all the lingo, treating us like family and worked like it was her own loan she was trying to approve. I would recommend Team Wilder at CrossCountry Mortgage to anyone who is trying to get a construction loan. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars ⭐️

  No one works harder for the best interest of their clients! Aindrea will find a way to get it done or tell you honestly what the next steps are toward that goal. She is always available to service her customers needs. The Wilders staff are experienced dealing with all the different types of mortgages available and have an excellent reputation for a speedy turnaround time. They keep up on industry trends and educate both themselves and the public. I have found them all to be friendly and trustworthy.

  This is a franchise of the the parent company Cross Country. Aindrea & Cal are some of the best in the business. They constantly are training and keeping up with the industry. They are very honest, and even if you're not in a position to get a mortgage today, they will lay out the steps that you need to do to improve your situation so that in 6-12 months you will qualify for a loan. They pride themselves on 90+% success rate with their clients. DISCLAIMER: I know the owners personally. I provide IT support services to their office. I also used their company to purchase my last home (P.S. they got me in my home within 3 weeks of starting the process. Truly amazing team that works here).

  I can only say good things about this company. Not only do they go above and beyond with their service, but when you are there you are family!
