      I gave them hundreds of dollars to set up a local bank account, they started charging me low balance fees, ran my balance to 0, closed the account, and reported me to early warning system so I can’t open an account with another bank. They took my money and dinged my credit because of it, I gave them money and they put it in their own pocket and punished me for it. Go with an honest bank that will keep the money in your account instead of transferring it to theirs in the form of penalties.

      Kayla - the manager of this branch- is incredibly helpful! She is polite, thorough, and committed to helping her customers. Kayla recently went above and beyond helping me with some transactions with another bank. When the process ran into some hiccups, she helped problem solve a solution and kept at it until it was fixed.

      Unbelievable A male banker who was doing nothing refused to deposit my check and give me change He demanded I do it on my phone I didn’t want to I was there Luckily I was able to to wait while the other busy tellers finished what they were doing and then helped me It happened 1130am 8/18/21 I apologize to the other two ladies that helped me they were were great They should have 5 stars I will not go back to that location

      Just opened a us bank account and came in to finish signing up and to cash a check and me an 12 other people sat in line for over 30 minutes with no acknowledgment or anything. the line did not move once. there was 2 tellers and only one was helping someone. Horrible service...I left at the same time as 2 other people

      Went to the bank on Dec 31 at 5:20pm, the closing time said 7pm but when I got there it was already closed! Update: not open on the 1st, don't trust the times of what maps says.
