Mitra Kalyani5Jason Sykes is great! My son had an issue with his cad being frozen and after six attempts with the customer service number, we gave up and went into the branch. He patiently called them multiple times and got it all cleared up for us. Great customer service

Lori Bates1I waited 28 minutes to deposit a $56,000 check. 1 newer teller. 4 people in line. Terrible parking. Manager didn’t seem to care. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Jason Williamson1I had a big issue with Comerica Bank when I opened my business account, and then I had the same exact issue when I switched to US Bank. Only was a customer for a few months, when I was no longer using the account regularly, a charge (not authorized by me) dropped the balance in the red. They charge an overdraft fee of course, which is to be expected. What they did next though is the bad part. Rather than notify me that the balance was below zero, they just charged me more overdraft fees, over and over, until the balance was minus $450. I was under the impression that they only charged overdraft fees when another transaction took place, and thought they'd at least notify me before it got to about 20 overdraft fees. Then they closed the account, immediately sent it to a collection agency as a debt, and THEN finally notified me of what was happening with the account I hadn't used in weeks.
