      Extremely slow drive through! Extremely rude employees, lack of empathy for the customer experience! I work long hours if not for the convenience in health care I would never attend

      What is going on with this branch? I can't get to my safety deposit box at all. I can't make an appointment online regarding a safety deposit box, this branch is not showing up in the map section for available branches for in-person, virtual call nor phone call! I called another bank further north to find out what's happening and they were not able to reach the branch manager for this location on their personal line. Was there a flood or building issue? Leave a note on the front door then. Was there a robbery? Send email notifications to your customers and still leave a note or a human to answer questions. Lack of information leads to distrust. I can't trust this bank chain anymore so I will be finding another one that will allow you through the front door and answer the phone.

      If i could give 0 stars i would. I just moved to the area around this bank a few months ago i come here to deposit my rent payment and every single time i go here they are extremely unprofessional and very rude. They dont give you any greeting when you first pull up. They give you nothing but attitude after you start any transaction they act as though it is an inconvience to do their job that they get paid to do!! And it seems as though they purposely make you wait 25 to 30 minutes for any and every transaction their efficiency must be extremely low!! Very frustrating bank elsewhere if you value your time

      Drive through customer service is horrible, I didn’t get a greeting at all. When I pressed the call a teller button she said all set have a good day not knowing I needed my money back a certain way. When asked she caught a attitude, just horrible service.

      I tried to pull money off there atm using a netspend and the ATM chewed up my money. Horrifying experience. In other words the atm said it released the funds but nothing came out. You decide

      Literally 37 minutes to get through the drive through. There were 4 lanes open, 2 cars in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous.
