Ted Michalopoulos1Horrible branch. Have no clue how they keep this place open. Came in the middle of the day, lobby completely locked up. No signs on the doors indicating why. I try to avoid this branch at all costs but unfortunately it's the closest one to me.

Mary Molina5I want to thank Donna and 2 other tellers who were working on the morning of Saturday March 7th. I came into the branch to exchange Euros to US dollars, which is not an easy task. bronze & feathers1Horrible customer service displayed by Sheri Czerwinski. The banker was rude from the moment I sat down at her desk. This was my first and last visit. It's apparent the lack of customer service diaplayed by Sheri was normal behavior. I initially visted the branch back in August to open a new account, due to fraudulent activity on my account. Sheri was suppose to assist with opening a new account for me and neglected to ask for certain documents, due to being unprofessional. I'm receiving rude phone calls in October from the teller stating I can't use my account. I don't have an issue with bringing in the documents, but the poor communication skills displayed on Sheri behalf was disgraceful. I don't want this teller to contact me for any reason, after stating that to Sheri she could have her manager or another teller contact me. I'm only giving a one star in order post this review. Katie A1This branch has the worst response in follow through with its consumers. I was bounced around backwards and forwards related to an issue from being told to call an 800 number to being referred right back to the branch. I drove to the branch to handle the issue and was sent back to use an 800 number. I had to call risk management and finally they obtain the manager who magically appears. I asked for just an email follow-up an that doesnt even get done. What is the point in banking here if you never handle any concerns or even follow up?

Crystal Hawkins1lenders waist your time if you dont qualify for a loan by acting and processing your paper work. they are too slow to forward conversation that details reasons for not meeting the criteria. they responded that they are not allowed to voice your statistics if you tell them everything about your personal debt to income information before running your credit. they ask alot of questions and act like your going to get lucky on a loan even though the chance is unreasonable. Don't come here thinking they are straight forward they love to talk and laugh about how you disqualified. They love to get all your information so they can look like they are processing potential loans when they already know the requirement factors.

Travis the president was very professional and apologetic about how horrible Barb was to me and actually took over the transaction so he could close my account ( she refused)
