  What kind of business closes for lunch,why can't they stager their employees lunch and stay open. Their sign says new hours same good service, that is that is way off the mark . Ready to move my accounts.

  During these challenging times, when banks are especially important to seniors...it's a shame that after years of service, the customer means NOTHING at this bank! My polio handicapped mother was going to be overdrawn, due to illness recently....so I asked the blond teller if I could please transfer some $ from my US Bank account. to her checking to ensure no stress and hardship. NO is all you get, then a terrible and sarcastic, "have a nice day." SHAME ON YOU MONEY CHANGERS!!!!!!!+

  Keep an eye on your depisits. After a few mistakes I just closed my accounts and moved to another larger well known bank. I got credited when I made claims but ended loosing about $900 because they just said claims were past 30 days old. No investigation took place. Calls are not returned and tellers are defenately not well trained. Often all I got was we are humans and do make mistakes. If you do business with this particular banch then check your accounts regularly. I felt this particular branch doesn't care for customers and something else is going on. This was just my personal experience and my own opinion.

  Am new to the area (4 months) and needed to establish a local financial profile. The staff at the local branch in Hermiston have taken the extra effort help us. We do appreciate all thier help! ! ! 😊😊😊

  They don't have money at the ATM. When I can't get my money from my bank, I go to a new bank with my money.
