  We always get the best service at Tom Denchel Ford Country Hermiston. Christian in the service department will work very hard to schedule appointments to accommodate our requests. He is very sincere about providing the best service possible. They provide ice cold water while you wait for your vehicle, which is a welcome relief in the 100 + heat. Thank you for being a great dealership!

  First off I'd like to thank Tara MItchell on her customer service and up beatness on wanting to help us, She did an excellent job. There was no pressure, everything was done at ease. and 2ndly, Her crew, very nice and respectful, easy to work with. A lot of times buying a car can be a huge headache, not here, I did most of everything right at home on my computer and phone, most of the time dealerships want you right there at the store, Not these guys (it meant a lot to me,) Thank you all once again, we'll definitely see you later :-)

  I had made an appt one week prior to my appt! This was for a recall to replace door latches I was told on the first day around 2pm they did not have all the parts so it would be tomorrow. I check several times was placed on hold and left msg with the operator and was on hold so long that it kept hanging up on me. I’m just not happy with their service.

  There is a reason I keep going back here for my car buying needs. .Salesman Eric always makes it a pleasant experience. He is respectful, professional and courteous.Vivien makes the paperwork part go smoothly and is always a pleasure to work with! The people that I have dealt with here have all been great:)

  Great service, so much better than Corwin Ford. Took us in off the street and had us out the door with a new battery installed in under an hour. Update, we went there to look at cars in the hope of purchasing one. Was underwhelmed by the sales techniques. The one car we really wanted to test, they couldn't find the keys.

  Absolutely incredible team working for hermiston Ford. Nick took care of me every step of the way. Was prepared and knowledgeable. Had options available for me to choose from. Ivan the sales manager was incredibly respectful, informative and helpful throughout our purchasing experience.   Bought a car here and it pulled to the right. Tom Denchel Ford did an alignment and all is good. Service department does good work no charge.
