  My fiance and I have recently purchased our first home, our experience with American Pacific Mortgage was beyond perfect! After trying other places we were reffered to APM, in our first meeting Melissa broke down every detail we had to know about buying. We felt confident in going forward with the process Melissa and her team were attentive and answered any questions we had, there was no stress throughout the whole process Melissa and her team took care of it all making our purchase smooth and fast!   All the staff was very helpful. With this being my first time buying a home and new to everything! They helped with everything. With my busy work schedule and being a full time mom. I was able to answer questions through phone call or texts and fill out or sign paper work through email. The process was fast and very much helpful. I’m so thankful for the whole team!

  Very good experience with my refinance. I was able to complete ALL but the closing docs from my home. So convenient that everything was done from a mobile application. Perfect customer service! This is my second time using American Pacific Mortgage Hermiston. I highly recommend this local company for buying a home, or refinancing.

  My wife and I were looking at our long term financial goals so we decided to reach out the Samantha Lindley and Melisa Webb at APM to discuss options at refinancing our house. During this time they were very helpful in providing us all the different options we had available in this process. Once we decided on a specific plan we were provided were accurate and a detailed plan on how the process was going to go.
