Sarah Hall5I had to do a wire transfer and the teller was very accommodating and talked me through the process. I am sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was young and had long blonde hair. It was a busy time but they got people in and out efficiently

Damian Wood5I had some issues when first starting my bank account and Jesse from this branch helped me out, walked me through everything, explained it all to me and even took the time to call me back to let me know when the problem was resolved.he was always willing to do what needed to be done and he kept his patience through it all so I’m thankful and grateful for this branch and it’s people.

Jimmy Strohmaier1I visited the Hilliard branch today for assistance with notary public services, when instead I received condescension and confusion specifically from the branch manager/notary public Eric Ayers. I witnessed him fumble around on his computer keyboard for several minutes before he stated he couldn’t help me with my request. When I pressed him for detail, he was unable to provide a plausible reason. (I would later find out that day from a legitimate notary public service that the request for notary services I was making is routinely done by banks.) I never thought I’d see the day that a bank manager wearing a tacky Hawaiian print shirt and cargo shorts would rather have me close my account on the spot instead of admitting his lack of knowledge regarding the matter I came in for. My father always said, “the customer is not always right, but they are always first.” US Bank, represented by Eric Ayers chose to put himself first instead of his customer, resulting in the loss of this customer’s decades long business. A complaint had also been filed directly with US Bank customer service.

Aiden Shockley1Details about My Experience- Incredibly Rude, condescending, and Not at all WRONG even when they ARE! I recently paid $320 in fees because I trusted their system to align itself with My deposits! When I realized my account was going to overdraw after 5hours! 5 HOURS, I was hit with 3 fees! Which I deposited More to cover, then Fees again. I couldn't believe it! When I pointed the balance out, the difference was $3.84 cents... It cost Me 324 in fees. 9 fees, $36 each. I have many transactions to keep track of, so I know. Absolutely HORRIBLE HUMANS! Because they could in A Second DO THE RIGHT THING! No! NO THEY WILL NOT! After Everything clears, I Am changing Banks! No! Not Cool! Not Happening Again! - No Email, No alerts, No phone call, UNTIL TODAY... Thats funny! Real Funny! Thank You for STEALING FROM ME! Enjoy Your Lunch, apparently Im buying!!!

Thomas Lyden5Eric did a tremendous favor for me. I was in the drive-thru making a deposit but really needed to get to my safe deposit box. It was 4:04 and the lobby had just closed. Eric asked how I was doing and I was politely honest, it had been a rough day and not getting to my box wasn't helping matters. He processed my deposit and said pull around to the front door. He unlocked the door, I was able to get to my box, and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I appreciate his customer service.

vince lee5if I could give 100 stars I would. I'm a United States Army veteran and going through a terrible divorce (but, enough about my problems). Bridget, my new sales and service manager at this location, was absolutely terrific. She was compassionate about my situation, was willing to work with whatever obstacles I delt to her and was extremely professional. Even called a week later just to Check up on me and see how I was liking my new bank and account. Phenomenal customer service!!!!

Lynn V5I have always been going here but today, I brought my dog with me on an errand run and I was just going through the quick deposit lane. As I am getting my receipt for my transaction, there was a doggie biscuit as well. I never got to catch his name but thank you. It really was the little things that count and I couldn't be more appreciative and thankful. So thank you anonymous banker.

Jeff Ashbrook5I'm a US Bank customer who recently had a check deposit issue at another US Bank branch. Bobby Thacker, the manager at my branch (Hilliard) reached out to the other branch where I had the problem, helped coached them through it and got my problem resolved. Not only is Bobby personable, knowledgeable and efficient, he's like a good pastor who looks after his flock no matter where they have a problem! Use this branch!!!

Lisa Kuhlman5I would like to point out Nate Tatum. I was having some very annoying problems getting help with an issue and he not only helped but never gave up until it was resolved. His positive attitude and constant professionalism should be commended. He really was there for the customer and it was very appreciated!
