Adeline Cursio5I do almost all my business with First Service Federal Credit Union. The staff is super friendly, courteous, they remember me every time I come inside or drive through. They always make me feel welcome and special. They are super responsive through their on-line site especially during the pandemic when I have had questions regarding accounts, interest rates or any other issues. The on-line site is super easy to navigate and very secure. The rates they offer are often better or equal to local brick and mortar banks. They have been especially kind to my 91 year mom when she had questions and needed clarification. I highly recommend this bank for all your financial dealings.

Th ey are very friendly and the manager remembers my name and will let the teller know who I am before I reach the window. The kind of atmosphere that I came to expect in Toledo but wasn't sure if I would find it in Columbus.

Jan Johnson4very unprofessional, would not work with us on a refinance of our car loan. it did not matter that we both had credit scores of over 800. we are older and wanted to pay our loan off faster.because my husband has some dementia we were turned down.i am sorry i even looked at there web site. would advise all to steer clear of this place.... After much bickering and going back and forth, they reviewed our application and did grant us a loan, finally...

The staff here is super friendly and recognize you as soon as you walk in. Even to the point where with the pandemic and all, they still manage to recognize you in a mask and still provide good quality customer service.

Eric Coen1I came to this credit union to get pre-approved for an auto loan today, 12/28. I can certainly back up these other reviews as far as the professionalism is concerned. I walked in and I explained what I was there for and the teller said, "Let me see if she's busy," and then he just stared into her office while she was speaking with someone else. There was no, "Please have a seat," or "We'll be with you shortly." So I just awkwardly stood there. I eventually get into the branch manager's office and fill out a sheet for typical pre-approval protocol. Also, I attempted a handshake and that was kind of forced upon (I believe a handshake is important when doing business) and her attitude wasn't all that enthusiastic. After entering my information she said she would "call me in about 2 hours." That was at 1 PM, and did not get a call the rest of the day, having to put everything else I needed/wanted to do on hold. Attempted to call back before business hours ended and had to leave a voicemail. It looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.
