      Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I went to this location 20 minutes before their closing time and was refused service because it was apparently too close to closing time for their bankers.

      This place has really good staff. Every time I go there they always give my children candy. They’re really nice and respectful at all times.

      I drop off a deposit once or twice a week. And I have to tell you there is a girl there her name is Katie. She is very nice and willing to help you with anything. This bank needs to get more people like her employed. She is professional and nice at the same time. She has a smile on her face every time that I see her. Keep up the good work Katie

      2/3/2020 waited in drive through over 7 minutes before one of 3 people that I saw in the window said anything to me. All 3 looked to busy to help me. No one else at the drive through. I was the only one the whole time. Very slow service. But friendly.

      My partner banks with US Bank in West Bend and the only doing a drivethrough they been doing this for the last 6 months and we keep asking why of wind of a going to open up the Lobby and all we get is they don't know
