gods backhand1I have been with this bank for 7+ years and this branch has the most unwelcoming staff, the least helpful and worst customer service I receive anywhere I go. It’s a dread to even go do something as simple as deposit a check. The employees are rude. If this is the way you treat your customers maybe I should change banks. Super disappointing

Consign Account1I arrived a couple minutes late and missed the interior or the bank for deposit. I deposited $ 5,000.00 into the atm and the people behind me were complaining. The branch were actually on the phone with them. Then they locked my account because I made a cash deposits of $5,000.00. It has been 10 days since they locked my account and I have not had access to this account and they returned checks and my payment were returned which made my accounts delinquent. Very Poor service. I understand that the ATM's at U.S. Bank are not safe for cash deposits and that I jeopardized the bank by making deposits of that amount. Check to attorney bounced and car in re-position status.

Patricia Lewis17 cars deep in the drive-thru and 1 teller. Hours changed to 9:30-4pm. Notice says "Same Great Service" NOT EVEN CLOSE.
