  Really nice people, but US bank when it comes to services and sophistication is extremely poor. If you want to park money there for a checking account, your fine. If you want to use their services for mortgages or commercial mortgages, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They are extremely slow and very disorganized. It's a painful process. You will wait a month before you get any movement, rarely talk to anyone and have to repeat information multiple times.

  I came in same day and they spent two hours focusing on me individually setting up a very difficult account. You can’t buy that type of service south of the 35 split. Great experience.

  I was being scamed on the phone. They tried to get a wire transfer out of my account. The bank manager saw there was a red flag on this. Stopped it and saved all my accounts. Great job.

  I have banked at various banks in the past but none of them come close to the service, atmosphere of big bank in a small town. Chisago City branch has some of the most knowledgeable, professional, courteous, & friendly staff I've encountered. They are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I'm very glad I now bank at the US Bank in Chisago City. Thank you all so very much.

  I've always had great customer service when going to this branch. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful! I've never been to a usbank branch where all the employees are laughing, smiling, and joking around with their customers! Great place and will always bank with usbank!

  I switched from other banks for the great rates and change counting machine at Usbank. The staff are always super helpful and very friendly.

  Shannon Maorino is extremely hard to work with, she acts like your money is her money. What a poor experience and horrible representative for Usbank. I have been with Usbank for 12 years and this is unnacceptable.

  Not a fan of big banks but the staff at this branch make up for it. They are always so helpful and I can always count on them to answer any questions.
