  Worst bank on the planet, debit cards up to $1000.00 spending per day! If your rent or auto payment is more than that go somewhere else!!!

The limits are automatically reviewed on a regular basis to determine the appropriate limit based on your relationship with U.S. Bank, length of time with us and other factors. It's best to pay such bills using your account/routing number, where there is no limit. Customers can also use our free bill pay service at their convenience.   HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I wrote a check from MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT at another bank. The other bank did not transfer $$$ from my savings to the checking and my PERSONAL CHECK did not clear. for THIS,....the bank sends me a letter stating they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. I called and got put through to three different people and then was told to call ANOTHER #. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BAD BAD BAD

  NOT EVEN ONE STAR! This bank lies and steals. They issued 2 LARGE cashiers checks to my mom, said they would not expire, and now they are saying they were never issued when it's time to cash them. Time to get an attorney involved.

  Wish I could give no stars. It has been a huge mistake on my part to change over to this bank. They have severly limited my ability to deposit checks online and are not responsive to customer needs. Phone rings and rings no answer. Pathetic service.

  Went in on Saturday. Simple deposit. Trainee needed approval. Supervisor was too important to just approve it for him. I stood there for 10 minutes or more before she would just do it. Really not impressed with U.S.Bank.

  If you bank with anyone else, don’t go here. They don’t serve non customers, nor Veterans who are not members. They referred me to Circle K for a money order!

  The worst bank ever young tellers look like they don't even want to be there they're very rude and unprofessional and management doesn't do anything about it they need to get rid of all those girls there really really bad, and if them manager doesn't correct the issues they should get rid of them to.

  Horrid, the ATM ate my 100 bucks and then spit out a receipt to claim my money, and the bank gave me the run around for 3 months to get my money back, filing multiple claims and I'm still fighting to get it back from November! BULLSHIT!
