      You will wait in line for 1 hour when there’s only one person in line with you. Terrible terrible terrible Bank Waste of time for sure. They need to at least act like they’re happy to be here at work and put some action into play. They move like a turtle with a handicap

      The customer service was absolutely wonderful, the people there are so nice! Peter is very professional and a great problem solver, Ramoncito is hilarious and great with everything, Tony is both intelligent and resourceful, Kevin is a real peoples person and great with advice, Gabby is sweet with a great sense of humor, I live on the other side of town but I only ever go to them! Best team ever! I hope they stay forever!

      The employees at this branch are always efficient and patient! I come here all the time and everyone working at this branch is very nice. If you need to stop at a US Banks but don't want to go to a full branch, this is a great option.

      Terrible customer service at this location. I waited over 30 mins just to speak with someone because no one was at the front desk they were in the back. Then I finally spoke with a man named Kevin Andrews he was very rude, unprofessional, and did not help me. I called the corporate multiple times to follow up on a claim that was made over 2 months ago. They sent me over to 5 different people and nothing was resolved. For these reasons I will no longer be banking with US bank. I feel ripped off because I never received my money back from the claim I made. This is very unprofessional for a “major” bank to do to their customers.
