  Mike and his team are excellent and efficient. We were first time home buyers and Mike was so patient in answering our questions and made sure that we understood the process. He always answered questions and provided the pre-approval letters promptly. He made sure that we have all the necessary documents to make sure that we won’t encounter any issue during the underwriting process. We were able to close on the day that he said we would. He was also able to give a slightly lower Mortgage rate at the close than what we initially thought we were going to get. We are very satisfied with their service.

  Working with Michael and his team was an awesome, very easy experience. Texts and phone calls were answered any time day or night, usually within five minutes. He took the time to explain the paper work line by line and always answered any questions. The service of him and his team was beyond excellent. I would highly recommend him!

  Michael is a great mortgage banker! He spent a lot of time with us long before we were seriously house hunting. He took time to learn about our financial picture and future plans in detail. And when it came time to get our loan, he was patient, persistent, and understanding. We'd use Michael again in a second if/when we need another loan. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

  What was great about benchmark mortgage and Michael was that out of all the numbers that were flying around Michael was able to keep close track of the main goal in hand… Basically my Refi number and everything that goes with it… It felt nice knowing I had a professional on my side keeping track of all the details and working on little things even though I did not think he was. So many professionals nowadays tell you a fantastic story upfront… Only to find midway to the end of the deal you’re getting ripped off.… This was not the case with Michael at benchmark Mortgage.
