  There is not a problem with any of the employees at this bank, there just isn't enough to take care of the customers. There is almost always a wait and I only see 2 employees when there used to be 4-6. I realize that Parma is a small town but US is the only bank in town. What happened to customer service. Hire some more please

  The customer service here is always on par. I don't personally even have an account here and if I didn't have a different bank I would absolutely choose us bank. The only negative so far is the fact that they charge $7 to cash a check.

  Always slow. I agree with other reviewer that they need more employees and a double line for window customers if they won't let people in.

  The worst customer service! They have definitely went down hill after Bobbie retired.
