  Nathan Greer is an amazing realtor! We just bought our first home, and that was nerve wracking enough but he made the process seem so easy. We used a VA loan, and that is hard to be competitive sometimes, but he made sure that we were taken care of and wrote such an amazing contract that the sellers didn't want to accept any other offer and we were able to get our dream home! We even ended up with cash back at closing! If you are looking for someone to be knowledgeable, honest, work hard for your bottom line, and meet you on weekends, evenings or whenever is convenient for you, Nathan is your man! Some realtors are only concerned about commission, I can attest this isn't true with Black Oak Agency. I will refer him to anyone I know looking for a new home.

  Nathan is not only a great real estate agent but a great person & now friend. He has helped us with 2 sales & 1 sale took a lot of work on his part since we were out of state. He always goes way out of his way to help with anything that is necessary to get the job done. He pressure washed the house, helped unload gravel to fix up the parking area/driveway, helped do some fixes after the inspection and he even helped finish building our moving trailer box after the close of the house. Even after closing he won’t disappear. Then him & his brother even helped load up the moving trailer box. Can’t recommend him & his services enough.

  I have to say, without Nathan my wife and i would still be stuck in the starter home we were in. Nathan went above and beyond what any other realitor would have done. He helped us find our dream home, he helped us with understanding what needed to be done, he also rolled up his sleeves when it came to packing since we had a tight schedule to start with. Their was complications but all in all, Nathan was instrumental in it all to move along as fast and best for all parties involved. If i could rate 10 stars i would.
