Andrew Groza1My dad passed away in December and he had an account at this branch with roughly $160 in it, my mom was not on the account, but she has his death certificate and trust and will. The bank refuses to close the account and give my mom the $160, and on top of that, while my mom is trying to go through the court system, the bank is stealing $5 a month for an inactive account. Shame on you U.S. Bank.

Jake Wadleigh1Horrible experience and will never visit this branch again. Teller was upset he had to count my cash and advised me he wouldn't accept a cash deposit again. He spoke to me rudely and I was definitely caught off-guard when I'm paying monthly for a business account, yet your "bank services" don't include accepting my cash deposits. What good is a bank that doesn't count money?

Brian Case1One week before Christmas, my account balance went under. Over the course of six days, US Bank deducted $200 in fees. They didn't notify me until more than two weeks later, by sending me a small, non-descript envelope. I could've easily brought my balance if I had known. When I called them up, they were rude and had no real reason why they took so long to let me know. They said I needed to monitor my account at all times, including Christmas, and if I didn't, they'd pillage it shamelessly. I've since switched my account to a credit union. Support non-evil banking, don't put your money into a bank that's looking to steal from you.

j mcmike4Ive always found the crew at this branch very accommodating. Wait times are usually short. Bankers very friendly. They once called me after a visit because I dropped a large bill on the floor. I love honesty.

Evan Folz1While the employees of this branch are wonderful and give great customer service, US Bank is not who you want to bank with in West Salem. Take your business to Maps Credit Union and save yourself literally thousands in unwarranted fees.

elliott ross1Job slowed down because of COVID and came across hard times and went in to the negative. I finally worked very hard to get funds back in to the account and us bank sent me to collections Us bank is working against us at this VERY hard time.
