Luke Skywalker1If your wondering why they only have one teller working, it's so they can teach us the customer a lesson on using the ATM and online banking. This is what I was told waiting in line, no joke. Like waiting in line for 30 minutes is going to teach me a lesson. Very poor customer service, rude bankers and very long waits is unacceptable. Better educate your bankers on what excuse to dole out that day. Do your research and go with a credit union!!!

David Chipps5I HAVE NOTHING, BUT NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR MY AREA OF TOWN UNTIL I GET JUST PAST CHEMEKETA. Everyone else is complaining. TRY LIVING IN NORTH GATE NEAR LABISH VILLAGE if you want to KNOW POOR SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES (PORTLAND ROAD between WARD and KALE comes to MIND with the exception of BLONDZEE'S). They don't seem to always like me, but they put up with me. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT SERVICE AT THIS US BANK. TRUE THEY ARE SOMETIMES UNDERSTAFFED, but if you have NOT NOTICED the BANKS HAVE BEEN CLOSING BRANCHES LEFT AND RIGHT INCLUDING DOWNTOWN. So CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY THAT WE HAVE A BRANCH AND THAT THESE EMPLOYEES HAVE JOBS BEFORE YOU START COMPLAINING. Banks are notoriously CHEAP AND CRUEL to their employees. I worked for a bank for 2 years and I HEAR ONCE YOU GET TO CORPORATE after BLOWING a few EXECUTIVES to get there and SWALLOWING it is ALL FINE AND DANDY. NOW DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HOW I HATE WALLMART and don't even like being in their PARKING LOT. The businesses SURROUNDING that LUTHERAN, EVANGELICAL, PENCE BACKED NIGHTMARE ARE THE BEST.

Real Talk1This bank use to be quick. They never have more than 3 tellers working during the lunch rush. All I hear is I will be right with you. Where is the managment? 20 to 30 minutes to do a deposit. I feel bad for the employees working in such a poorly managed establishment. It's been like this for 3 months. No other US bank has this problem. Problem is still here in 2020. So disappointing. If this bank was in a more affluent neighborhood they're would be 5 teller's. This is embarrassing.

JR Fowler2Slowest branch I've ever been to. The tellers are nice but they talk waaaay to much which is frustrating when the line is 20 people long. Their drive up ATMs always have issues. 1 is always broke yet they don't put a sign outside letting people know so you have to drive all the way back around and start over at the end of the line Last they lock the doors to their foyer walk up ATM. If you have a problem with transients then call the police! So slow service and 1 of 3 functional ATMs. Thanks cuz now we have to drive down congested Lancaster to the Center St branch.

Kathleen Leader2I've been banking there for a very long time never a problem but now I work in Aurora until 4:30 PM M-F and cant get there in time to do banking and they use to stay open till 6pm on Fridays and open on Saturdays but not anymore so it's really hard to do any banking considering moving to another bank

Gretchen Harvey4The young lady at the drive thru window was very helpful and friendly and took care of my transactions in a timely manner

Kayla Weatherford1There were 16 people in line including myself (I counted) and had 2 tellers open who were both helping people for 20+ minutes. They had 2 employees at desks not helping anybody. You'd think they'd have them open a window with that many people in line. And the teller wasn't friendly at all. I won't be going to this location again.

patrick goldsmith1this is in no way a bad review for the staff, as they are the only good thing about this branch. the consistent understaffing and excessive wait times are unacceptable, and long lines are the norm here. who ever is running this branch needs to step down and let someone who cares give it a try.
