  Luis has always been extremely helpful and gone out of his way To assist in any manner and has gone above and beyond during this covid 19 Crisis. I give him 5 stars. However I can't say as much for his coworkers. There were 3 girls working, no customers and I was told I would have to make an appointment probably after 2PM. When I asked if that means I'd miss the cutoff for wires she looked at her online schedule and said she'd try to squeeze me in but I would need to wait 30 minutes before they could help me send some wires. If you are a business owner needing to send wires Chase is by far a better solution, with online ability, it's a no brainer.

  Usbank doesn’t have convenient locations and when you have to drive 15 minutes round trip to find out they decided to close 10 minutes earlier than the times listed on Apple and Google maps it gets old real quick…

  The individuals that work at this bank are always helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered. They are always smiling and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk up to their counter. I had a situation where one of the other branches could not solve my problem and the teller at this branch saw the problem and took care of it immediately.

  This bank is terrible. Rude, slow, and nothing but issues with this branch and the bank. They are closing branches everywhere and they are unorganized. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
