  I had the pleasure of working with Debbie Baker for the first time today. I am a loyal lifer now. She not only helped us with the notary she also helped us with car loans. She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to see her. Copper State has always employed wonderful people to work with. And they also have very competitive rates for all your loan needs.

  I did financing for an out of state car. Every other bank or credit union could only get me high rates. However, with the help of Paul Mejia, he was able to drop my rate by more than 8% than anyone else was able to! Paul has been extremely helpful, I’ve been in talks with him for a month now and he has clearly and concisely showed me all of my options and guided me through each step. Paul is very exceptional and Copper State is a great credit union to finance with! Thank you Paul!

  Been banking with this credit union since they originally opened as Deer Valley Credit Union. The Anthem Branch has the very best service! I have referred several people over the years including most of my family. Highly recommend!

  It was the best decision Ive made in terms of banking. Wells Fargo is nothing but frauds and crooks. Debbie, and The Branch Manager (I’m totally spacing on her name) were both incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get overdraft coverage. I highly recommend anyone on the fence about giving this Credit Union a chance, you will not be disappointed.

  My main financial Institution is the Copper State Credit Union in Anthem Arizona and I can't say enough good things about this credit union overall and this branch specifically. I have been banking here for the past four years and it's so warming to hear the customers being greeted by their first names as they enter the building! You won't get that level of service at any of the larger banking institutions. It's a small feel with huge service as all the employees there have been nothing short of amazing to work with. Don't hesitate to leave your big banking firms where service is terrible to come on over to the other side and experience how banking should be everywhere! I guarantee you won't regret it!

  Amy recently helped my husband and I with a refinance and a purchase and it was the best experience! Our past experiences have never been anything but difficult, and with customer service that is not very friendly. Amy was very personable and professional. She really guided us through the whole process! (we're kind of new at adulting) We also had to do work with another branch and they were all amazing there too. Both branch's worked awesome with each other and made our processes as simple as possible. We couldn't thank them enough for making adulting a little less painful!! 😊

  Opened a new account with Amy, she was awesome! Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Even with the computer crashing, updates and a few days of intermittent down times she kept her positive attitude. She also gave me several phone updates until her job was complete. Thank you Amy!

  Absolutely love the Anthem branch and all the staff there! I’ve been banking here since the beginning when it was Deer Valley CU, and I’ve always been happy with the small town atmosphere that this bank has. I would absolutely recommend this credit union to anyone.
