  We used Matt Garner with Fairway Independent Mortgage for our recent purchase of a house in Anthem, AZ. We had some issues with getting some information from the IRS and had to push our closing date back a week. Matt had contacted both agents and updated them with the situation without being asked, etc. We closed remotely without a hitch and are the proud owners of a beautiful home in Anthem, AZ THANKS MATT!!!
