    I wish the manger never left the branch, she was outstanding and very knowledgeable. The bank has no manger tor 6 months now.

    Best US Bank around, very friendly and competent employees. Some that complain may not understand that banks are under strict guidelines which they must follow. The head female manager at this branch is outstanding.

    I have worked with this location a lot over the last few years and they have always been so helpful and friendly! They have handled errors on my account to notarizing mortgage documents for me, to answering questions about a premiere loan. Great group of people!

    I'm not sure if people in this bank use common sense or its just one of the teller doesn't have one ... Went to to change my name on all my accounts as per instruction by customer service and bring my documents as proof ... I have the court order legal name change with my naturalization certificate and temporary Dmv drivers license but she said they will not accept it ... Because it's only an updated Dmv card and passport with my new name is accepted ... Are you freaking serious?! My passport my Dmv card even my social security is based on the naturalization certificate as proof and they don't accept it?! Get outta here! Almost closed all my account do business elsewhere! This is the only bank that has me go to a branch and had this stupidity happen! Chase accepted what I have! Bank of America just asked me to mail the documents! Even Amex just asked me to upload the document including discover ...

    My wife and I are seniors. Whenever either visit, the staff treat us with the respect and courtesy common in Latin America to elderly folks. It is as if we are visiting family. Staff is competent and efficient.

    I was in this bank this morning for deposit. I was doing the same check deposit for 20 years. Present employee Jesus Soto denied my deposit and was so rude behavior. Now I will take my deposit to other location where the people know me.

    This place is awful... What bank loses your checks? So incompetent. They just took the money out of my account be slapped me with overdraft fees for a check that I cashed months ago because I guess it's a big responsibility to not lose customers checks.
