  New management is awful. Wasn't that bad with the old staff . If zero stars were an option still wouldn't be low enough. -3 ⭐ stars Would highly not recommend !!!

  Worst bank ever on hold for 2 hours then the automated system hung up on me when calling about the fact that there was a $1600 withdraw from a data breach they had.

  I just want to say this branch was really awesome, especially Deanna! She went above and beyond in helping us in getting the information we needed to another party. Need more people like her !

  Drive thru on website says it closes at 6pm. Now at the window and the sign says it closes at 5:30pm. Well it's 5:15pm and everything is closed. Very frustrating! At least put a sign up as to why your closed!

  I have been with this bank since 1993, thru all the name changes and have had great experiences along the way. As previous negative reviewers have posted in the past about the fees, all banks have fees of some sort but most people don't read the agreements they sign and freak out later. Just do your research and you'll be ok but most people just want money and don't bother with the fine print. As for this bank this is a great bank with very friendly staff plus they have Dum Dum suckers :)

  The staff is always, ALWAYS friendly. Imagine the bad reviews are coming from people that made a mistake and expected a bank to pay for it. Can't imagine anyone having a problem with such a polite, and friendly staff. 6 Stars!

  I agree with most of the previous comments! I WOULNDNT OF EVEN GIVEN ONE STAR, BUT I HAD TO IN ORDER TO COMMENT! They will RIP YOU OFF every chance they get! The lady tellers are RUDE and will lie to your face and then Denie it later! I would only suggest getting a bank account here if it's the ONLY place that will give you one! My true review is -5 STARS!
