  We have been with Sutton Bank and Scott Them, our loan officer, for over 9 years and they are a great bank to work with. I would highly recommend them for personal or business needs.

  This place is a scam. Definitely NOT a bank. Why do Sutton bank issue debit cards but you can't do money transactions with? Was told they don't have anything to do with the cards they issue. Stay away!!!!

  The staff treats you horribly.. First time I went they were nice this is my second time going there trying to open an account and they treated me like scum!! Will never go back.. I have to bank there though. I will go to another office before I step foot n there again ..

  These folks are no help and try to get you out as fast as possible can’t even call them without them trying to get you off the phone service is horrible

  Sutton Bank prides itself on its exceptional customer service. Without knowing more information such as the nature of the call, it is very difficult to address your comments. I will say, however, that since the bank issues many prepaid & gift cards throughout the country, we get many calls from these cardholders that we truly cannot assist, so they are redirected to the proper place.
