  The branch manager Melissa is absolutely no help at all. The bank is holding my funds and when I call they tell me a branch manager is the only one who can help but she says she can’t do anything. I feel discriminated upon and the lack of professionalism is unreal. No other bankers have any answers for me as it seems Melissa told them to not interact with me.

  Becky misplaced one of my bank deposit checks. So created an overdraft. It took an internal audit to show I did drop off 4 checks, not three. It was quite the 💩show. I'll never do business at this US Bank branch again.
