  Came in to ask to open a business account and see the requirements and they couldn't answer my question the woman with glasses believe her name was Carolina something like that she was been rude telling me that I need to look that up in the usbank instead of here. I ask for a paper atleast where it says what will I need and she said no that she couldn't print me anything. Since I have to do that online, and she doesn't have any paper. Really UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

  I'm posting a one star only because they don't have anything lower than that. US Bank is the most incompetent bank I've ever dealt with and I've worked with a number over the years. They may have pretty low fees up front but you pay for it in slow bumbling service, stupid bank policies, hidden fees on fees. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This will be one of the first banks replaced by blockchain tech. Useless.

  The branch itself is very nice and friendly. Nothing against this branch but their customer service is absolutely terrible. I had a problem finalizing a loan(they never sent the title of my car and lien release) and the customer service representative told me the state is sending me a duplicate. Waited a couple weeks and called back and they said no we dont do that take the lien release in and get a new title. You never gave me the title, so I guess I'll go buy one! Girl totally lied to me about them having the state sending me one and I need the title to sell the car. Never getting a loan again with them because if theres a problem-they dont take care of it. They push it onto you.

  Very friendly and helpful. Love the online app. Last time I was in Sameer took the time to show me how to deposit a check using the online app. Super helpful especially dealing with a broken arm. He was very helpful and patient. I found him to be very personable. Great staff never an issue.

  I've banked here for years and just recently had an issue with an overdraft and i went in and talked to the manager and she was a complete biiyachh. Very rude and not understanding at all. I will be closing my account very soon and taking my business elsewhere.

  I’m writing my second review about US bank in Fox Lake ,and again they have a wonderful customer service I couldn’t possibly imagine get better than this in any other bank ...Stephanie helped me with my credit card issue and she was more than great

  Friendly tellers. Lobby and drive up service M-Sat. They also have a coin counter free of charge if you are a bank customer
