  They are responsive and handle emergency service requests well, but expensive compared to others licensed roofers and work is hit or miss

  Roofoptions manages all my roofs and they do a fantastic job! Their communication is as good as it gets. Using them has reduced the amount of money I have spent in repairing and replacing my roofs. I highly recommend them!

  Liars and bad job done on my roof. Don't hire them. Scam company!

  Very poor company to work with. Horrible communication with Larry .

  Chris, you're right. You expected great communication, you should have received that but that's not what we delivered. If I were in your situation, I'd be pretty upset too. I'm so sorry we missed the mark on this. We should have caught this the first time but we didn't. These mistakes have been hard lessons to learn.
