  I purchased three dollars at this establishment and they charged me three hundred cents for them, a ridiculous markup. I also had a hard time convincing them to count all the pennies. Do not recommend (good lollipops)

  I was extremely impressed with this branch of US Bank. I've been in the process of purchasing a home, which has required a couple wire transfers into an escrow account. The first branch I went to, only one person could help, the branch manager, and she was on lunch break. I had to wait 10 minutes, and then the service was slow and impersonal. That was a complete 180 at this branch. I walked into the US Bank in Montclair and was immediately warmly greeted. All the associates were friendly and personable. I was assisted immediately at a comfortable desk, and the associate working with me was professional while still being friendly. She congratulated me on my home purchase, and when she found I was moving from Boston commented that the bank manager was a huge Red Sox fan. On top of my wire going through promptly, this bank made me feel like I was more than just money in an account, but was a real person, and I appreciate that!

  Come by here about once a month, pretty nice people. Never found a US Bank I didn't enjoy going to.
