Koko Anthony1The worst customer service I've experienced in my life!!!!! Extremely racist and unprofessional behavior from the client consultant Mitch Dawdy. His branch manager Jon L. Storey did nothing about behavior, completely unacceptable!!!!!!!

Kevin Childers5So convenient being right inside Schnucks South City. These mini banks in grocery stores are more or less convenient but so many are just a half step up from an in store ATM. I have to say that US Bank has stepped up their game. All of the minis can offer full services, but few really pull it off. But I've found that US Bank can. They have staffed their minis with fully competent personnel. My kudos to them for making my life so much easier.

Chad Barnes1Terrible customer service involving this bank branch. I needed the notary to sign something for work. Instead of explaining the proper procedure, first he had to ask me if I even knew what a notary was, and when I responded yes, he stated then why did you sign this.

Eddie George1Had a horrible experience here. Brough a small cup of coins to deposit and was told they must be rolled. Even though I have deposited coins at this location in the past and others, the gentleman helping me absolutely refused to help me. Really looking forward to switching from US Bank to Chase once they open in STL.

Noni Boyd5Always pleasant experience with these guys. Every time I go in here I'm greeted with a smile, not to mention the staff is knowledgeable and takes initiative to advise on my account(not force sell banking products).

Dee Rivers1On their website it states that this lobby location is open 10-4 today. I was just there at 10:30 they have a sign up stating that this location is temporarily closed. It was a waste of time. The website needs to be update to reflect that it is temporarily closed.
