  My son got a really nice Honda Civic from Affordable and they worked out a decent payment plan. They're good honest people, we would definitely do business with Affordable and recommend then to family and friends in the future.

  I purchased a vehicle from Affordable Auto Credit and within 48 hours the radiator hose and heating hose blew. It started smoking while driving on the highway, so I pulled over and the radiator hose burst wide open and started spraying boiling hot fluid all over. This required me to get a tow. After replacing the hoses, the engine failed within 24 hours. I also found fragments of metal in the oil while checking the oil prior to the engine failure. The business offered to replace the engine. However, this left me without a vehicle for two and a half weeks while the repair was being done. Upon receiving the vehicle back, the ABS light was on and the engine died when I turned on the air conditioning. The vehicle also started making a loud squeaking and rattling noise. The vehicle was returned to the shop that replaced the engine, and they determined the catalytic converter had failed, and the wheel speed sensor and ac sensor had also gone out. Affordable Auto Credit offered to replace the catalytic converter, but nothing else. Upon receiving the vehicle back again, it began to jerk while driving and having trouble accelerating. The check engine light also came back on. The squeaking and rattling noise continued to get worse. It was returned to the shop again that had replaced the engine. This time they discovered there was a cut in the fuel injection. Affordable Auto Credit said they would pay for the repair but it was the last one they were willing to make. They accused me of complaining about trivial things, which none of the complaints were. I received the vehicle back and after setting outside for a couple of days it currently will not start.

  I have mixed emotions about this place. THE CAR LOT: My first impression was “Wow they have a lot of cars” until I started walking around. There’s tooooo many cars! Has an auction/junk yard vibe. Very limited walking space, because the amount of cars on the small lot. There are some really good cars and so very bad cars! I turned on a few cars; didn’t test drive can’t get the cars out wayyy too many car in the way. (FYI nobody told me I couldn’t test drive them in my opinion it would’ve been more of a hassle to move all the cars behind & in front of the cars I wanted to test). Two cars I did try had dead batteries which they did say they would put a battery in when purchased. CUSTOMER SERVICE: When I walked in it was a little dead, however; it was lunchtime. I came in contact with two staffs. A black guy (I believe he’s the mechanic) he was very helpful. Did anything I asked and gave me some advice on buying. The other was Pete, he was nice not overly bubbly and actually didn’t try to put the sale. He printed a carfax for me and we talked about down payments (he seemed to be willing to take a reasonable amount lower than asking). OVERALL: My advice would be to check them out. However, do NOT make it your only stop. I recommend taking a mechanic with you or have the cars checked before paying it, by somebody other than them. REMEMBER THESE ARE CASH CARS NOT A DEALERSHIP. Huge difference. Decent place, might buy from them.

  This is my 2nd vehicle from them. Alen is new & is my sales rep. He is awesome! Pete is the manager I know him from purchasing my 1st vehicle. He is still the same funny & nice sales manager. Go visit them & see if they have what you need. Jazzi

  VERY rude, nasty, and out of line receptionist/collections associate. Contacted me about the form of payment I submitted stating they did not accept that form (Checks) and proceeded to insinuate false reasons as to why I purchased the vehicle to begin with, even going as far as to say that I don't even drive the car. EXTREMELY unprofessional which gives the company an overall bad look and I've barely even had the vehicle for 5 weeks. Definitely would have went elsewhere had I known this is how they conduct business and treat their customers.

  We are very happy with our recent purchase. Everyone there was great, we worked with Alen, he was so patient, as it took a couple visits to make up my mind. Great staff, everyone was really personable. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

  I went there to purchase a car and got the worst service ever sad part is I was referred to go there to get a car but bc I was 1099 they wanted me to pay way more money then wouldn't even let me test drive the vehicle without full coverage never judge a book by its cover bc I could of bought that car out right but was trying to do a good deed never will I ever go there

  Excellent service. The most fair, in any dealings I've ever had with used car dealership. I appreciate honesty in business dealings.
