  Brad always spoke to me with respect and was excellent at breaking down the steps of what was happening. The process in itself can be very overwhelming but he brought a calm presence to it that was much needed by me. He was easy to talk to and always positive.   John went above and beyond to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with every part of the process. Being a first time home buyer while living in Seattle, I was not able to meet with John in person. However, John made the entire process very personable and stress free with constant communication. He answered every question and explained every part of the process in detail. Becasue of him, I will be doing future business with MIdwest BankCentre.

  I called Midwest BankCentre and spoke to Thomas Koon about refinancing my home. Mr. Koon immediately informed me of current rates and different types of loans available. He listened to my needs and informed me what information was required, and put my mind as ease. He quoted me approximate amounts to be determined at time of closing. The transaction was completed in timely manner and his pricing quotes were exact which made me feel very comfortable at time of closing procedure. Since I was well informed in detail what was required at time of closing, the meeting only took 45 minutes. It was a pleasant experience.
