  I stopped by to use the ATM today to deposit cash. The ATM broke down on me and took my money with no receipt or anything. I immediately go inside to let the teller know. He tells me to wait an hour because there manager just went on break.. really unprofessional. I get a call back later saying i have to file a claim. And now I’m being told this could take up to 45 days.. i know the teller or agent who helped could care less, but this experience has been awful!

If you haven't already, you'll want to call our 24 Hour Customer Service at 800-872-2657 to have the claim filed. While it can take up to 45 days to complete the claim, if it's not resolved within 10 business days, provisional credit is issued. I am sorry that wasn't explained better. All the best. ^Heather

  Phitsamai Noraphat has the worst customer service skills. She was completely unhelpful and rude. She should work where she doesn’t need to converse with customers.

  They open at 9. I came in, and only one teller was ready to serve customers. Two other staff came in late, looking like they didn’t want to be there. I waited in line a long time to wait for the late teller employee to prepare and log into her computer terminal. Really not professional. Be ready BEFORE you unlock the doors at 9 so we can get on with our day. There are lots of other banks out there who are glad to take my money!

  We have so many issues banking for our business with this bank dont use them. Trust me they are not a business bank.

  Clean, and convenient. I do not bank here but needed to assist a client with thier home improvement loan It was a superior experience based on past endevours at other institutions. We were not there more than 45 minutes. And we were signed sealed and delivered a loan , doughnuts and coffee.

  I withdrew 2700 $ from my acct.and the manager hide a worn out taped up 100 n the middle of the money and sent me on my way. They refuse to take it back and there own ATM would not accept it...they are passing out bad bills to there customers...stay away

  Melanie is always so friendly and helpful. The tellers remember your name and face. Couldn’t imagine banking anywhere else.
