  Worse customer service at a bank ever. Told me I don’t have an account with them which is a lie. I’ve had an account with them since I was 17 years old. Told me they won’t cash a US Bank check. Check is from my work. Never had an issue cashing a check at any location including that one. Will no longer go to that location even though that is the closest one to me

  This branch: Good customer service, friendly, quick and professional. Not specific to this branch, just US Bank in general: If no account, you can’t get a money order at all ($5 with account) Also without account, it’s $7 to cash a check even if it’s a US Bank check. That’s ridiculous. Corporate scam at its best. Boooooooo!

  I’ve banked here for almost 2 years and will always go see Joe. He has always helped me and been super helpful and informative. This bank gives me the most positive experience and will definitely be banking here for the rest of my life. 5/5

  I have used this branch since I was in high school, I've always had great service however now that I have moved and I needed to speak to the branch I opened my account with regarding a fraud matter Victoria was able to help me with fantastic customer service however I had to call back after and I was met by Josh... Very snarky and rude about the situation. Thanks again Victoria, you rock!

  I'm done with US Bank. After years of awful service, I'm finally cutting ties and withdrawing all of my money. My business will no longer use US Bank, and neither will my family. Everything you ask they instruct you to call, when you call they tell you to go to the branch. Worthless.

  Went into branch at 2:40 on Sunday to open a business account a girl working told me they closed in 15 minutes and it wasn't enough time and I could come back tomorrow between 10-4 well that doesn't work for me I work from 8 to 530 extremely poor service I am a us Bank customer for over 20 years so my business will be going to ICCU
