  The worst customer service ever. Michael is terrible and so unprofessional. Did he even train? Or you just got hired?? Terrible terrible terrible. Worst branch ever.

  This branch is so bad that they had to Renew their Google reviews!! It’s the worst branch of U.S. bank. Closed my account because of how terrible they are. Never go here. Not worth it, they’re the worst

  The gals are professional and polite. But the only male that works there is terrible; very unprofessional very condescending, just terrible. Needs customer service training ASAP. Don't bank there
