  I went in to the branch because I was the victim of identity theft and fraud and 2000$ was stolen out of my Chase account through zelle. The fraudsters contacted me from a Chase number and said that they were customer complaint department and understood that I had a item that I ordered on ebay that I hadn’t received. The man gave me his name and branch ID so I believed him and was instructed what I needed to do. When I realized what happened and saw pending transactions I raced to my local branch with my 4 year old son in tow asking the branch manager Sahar to immediately freeze my accounts and stop the transactions. It was too late but she helped me contact the claims department and I filed a police report. She explained that the detective would be able to speak to claims/fraud investigation and get the persons information and bank. This was not correct he tried several times and was told by claims that they would not release that info. He had to suspend his case because he wasn’t able to supeona their records without their assistance which they failed to provide! Also I was told by several Chase employees that Zelle the way they accessed my account and how they stole my money from my account is NOT owned by the banks which is NOT true! 5 major US banks including JP Morgan own zelle and yet they will not cover what they state was a scam not fraud. Very unfair! We need to to be protected from these types of bank fraud, and not be told; you authorized these transactions which I did not! now my MARA Rescue animals that this account funds for their ongoing care from vet needs to feed bills will be getting less of what they need during these trying times! The staff was very cold and gave me the complete run around. I am closing all my accounts with Chase and will no longer do buisness with them.

  Love the staff but the bank doesn't seem to match it's posted hours on the door, even the changed hours due to COVID. They were closed by 4pm on a Wednesday.

  Absolutely perfect. Best chase bank I've ever been! There were so nice people. I wish I have this bank near by my house so I can visit more often!

  The people here are so kind and helpful. Maria and James especially. I left SDCCU three years ago and I haven’t looked back.

  The old good willingness to help and go beyond ordinary service is completely lacking here. I am not even sure if that was because of low understanding of bank services or complete ignorance. Sad to see.

  Long Holds on money. Transfers from Chase account to Chase account even take 5 days or more, they purposely hold over until weekends to stretch the time they can hold your money.
