Carrie Nicole1The ATM took my $1800.00 deposit and never credited my account. I called and left the manager Jose 4 messages regarding this, he never once returned my call. I'm filling a dispute with the Federal Reserve and contacting a lawyer regarding this. They have 1 day left before the 10 days period to investigate this deposit and still haven't gotten back to me. Bad business and I'm a 20 year customer. Moving to a credit union asap.

kcballer baller1Possibly the most rude, inept employees I have ever dealt with. Ill never open an account with this bank after the way they treated me and will urge everyone I know to avoid this bank like the plague. Corporate should shut down this location.

Just Sturgis1If I could rate it zero or negative stars, I would. This is by far the worst US Bank branch in the nation. Everytime I have been here the wait has been at least 15 minutes. On one occasion I left after 40 minutes in line. It smells like a bus station (severe B.O.!) Never enough tellers. It is sad that I can drive all the way across the river to another US Bank branch and back in the time that it takes me just waiting on line at the central location. This will be my last visit to this branch. Absolute waste of my time! Not, this is not a teller problem. The tellers are courteous and professional. This is a management/ownership issue.

J Tornado1US Bank has consistently managed to perform at the LOWEST POSSIBLE LEVEL. Significant delays in conducting any business in the drive through. They NEVER have more than one teller working!! EVER!! Often times tellers are poorly trained and overwhelmed. 700 Central Avenue location is often closed without notice. Mile long cars when drive through is open. You have to wait an hour before you can talk to a representative on the 800 number and they are not helpful. Bank has used the pandemic as an excuse to downsize and make customers suffer.

januka gurung1I wish there is a way to reach out to the management. The people working are very rude & unprofessional. The ATM seems to be having issues all the time. The wait time for drive through is crazy long.

Ms. Lady Key1This bank doesn't deserve one star. It's unfortunate that it's been over a year and they are still receiving the same complaints, which is a clear sign that the business doesn't care about their customers when no initiative for change is made. There is clearly a pattern of terrible service as described below (my experience on 11/19/19)... 1. My first mistake I went during my lunch hour. This was bad on my part. I waited in the drive-thru line over 20 minutes. 2. I rode with a co-worker, so she sent my DL and withdrawal slip through the tube. The Teller never asked me to lean over into camera view or acknowledge me on the passenger side. The bank provided a perfect opportunity for fraud theft to occur. 3. The call button was pressed twice for service. No one ever acknowledged the request for service. I wasn't asked if I needed anything additional such as my balance, or anything. The call button was ignored. 4. When she returned with my cash she still never acknowledged the "call for service" button had been pressed. 5. Management said they'll look into it. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this branch and I don't need the standard response of "we'll look into it". I'm sure you won't.

bob smith1Just terrible. They have the k side closed months after covid mandates have been lifted. The drive through was 30 minutes per car or transaction. It should never be that long per car.

Koda Woda3I’ll give this branch props for the patient & kind hardest working tellers I’ve seen. Open or close they WORK every second of the workday, that said, HIRE MORE TELLERS. Seriously, every review is about how understaffed y’all are.... no time have I gone has there been more then 3 people working, what are all those empty bank stations for..... also you don’t allow them to have a money counter where the workers can access it in an already time pressed environment smh... something wrong with this management US BANK. I have waited anywhere from 12 minutes to over an hour to get service here. Literally any other bank I have ever been to in my life was under 10 minutes in and out, including every other us bank in town. Even though this branch might be closest it is still faster to go out of my way to any other branch.... at least when you finally do get service there is a smile waiting for you?.
