  If I had a chance to give this place zero stars I would. there is so much that I can say in regards to this place, however in closing this place is bad for business. I would not recommend.

  I bought my car from them in 2015 and I was a first time buyer and no credit. They gave me a chance and I paid my car off in 2019 and I still own my car and it still is the best investment I made to date. I highly recommend them. They are very good people and they will do right by you if you do right by them. Thank you Credit Motors for giving me a chance it definitely changed my life for the better.

  Keep shopping the are not worth the headache. transmission went out 3 months after purchase. They put a disabler on the vehicles but I never knew that. I pay very close attention to details when I am purchasing a vehicle. i will NOT recommend them. Not every one here is unprofessional I have talked with some that care about their customers

  They are much nicer in person than over the phone. That's the only complaint I have about them, my son is on his second vehicle, and they've made his first car purchasing experience, a very positive one. It's always clean, I love to hear them tease and joke back and forth, in Spanish or English, they don't make you feel like you're intruding on their conversation. The communication between the shop and the store could use some tweaking, but they're a great place for people trying to make it.

  As far as helping with credit situations yes they do but I have been with them two years an been through four cars all of them had problems an the wait to get in the shop put me past my 60 day warranty an then it was on my pocket to get my car fixed when it left their lot with issues. I asked for my trade in vehicle an they wouldn't give it back. If u need help with credit yes they are awesome. But if you want a car worth the money being paid not a good place to go to.

  I aprreciate this dealer a lot :) Our Credit isn't so good and we needed low payments, went to so many dealers and basically was told we'd have to pay 500 a month and have tons of money down. So we go to Credit Motors, told them exactly what we needed, what we could afford and how much we pay a month and they found us a great SUV :) I love my truck and it runs great :) This place was truly a blessing! UPDATE: 9 months later still loving this truck :)))

  Shut my car off two days before the agreed date I'd pay them in full on top of current payment. First and last vehicle I'll get from them. You're not a valued customer to them, jus a cash revenue that is all.

  I wish they would've told me I needed a longer work history instead of making me wait 20 minutes for nothing. I couldve put twice what they wanted as a down payment.
