  Amardeep ji and Jyothi did great work on my UWM refinance request. My original loan payoff amount was significantly higher than the principal balance. I wish there were more lender credits provided to offset the surprise 😀

  Statewide Realty & Mortgage was an Awesome Mortgage Brokerage to work with. Broker; Amardeep Singh and my real Estate Agent Harkirat Singh were a delight to work with as they were flexible to accommodate showing of homes as my work schedule is regular weekday 9-5. Harkirat understood my wants and needs and pulled up homes to suit my taste but was also very willing to explore more if I came across a listing right away.
