      Impossible to talk to a person about taking my money out. Have called 10+ numbers in past two weeks and gone to the drive through and no one was there during open business hours. I’m switching to Elevations Credit Union to ensure my money isn’t used on fossil fuel projects (different issue than this customer service). But the lack of basic assistance now has confirmed the switch is a good move.

      They’ve closed down all the US bank in the area, and this one is always understaffed - with all the closures you think US bank would at least staff its remaining physical locations. Might as well switch to online bank - better interest rates anyways. My hat goes off The to the bankers at this location because they have to serve so many of us. It’s always a 25 min thing just to deposit a check.

      USbank can be a hassle as a whole some times, but I have had good experiences at this branch. When I initially came in to start a credit card a few years ago on a whim, I wasn't judged for my appearance (tank top, shorts, and a flip flop that broke when I sat down at the bankers chair...), They got me all set up. Recently I was in a thought situation where I needed to wire money for a closing immediately and Maria shuffled her schedule around to make sure I could get it done! I appreciate what this branch has done for me

      I have been a business banking customer of the 28th Street branch in Boulder for 5+ years, and I am continually impressed by the high level of personal relationship and account manage this branch delivers. I have worked with credit unions... and much to my surprise, US Bank delivers a much more personal experience AND the leverage of a big bank. Keep it up!

      Besides the back that the tellers at the drive through seemed oblivious of their job. I went to this US Bank branch to cash a check drawn on their bank. They wanted to charge me $7.50 to cash a US Bank check. I will never have anything to do with this bank again

      New customer, just started, was told via email from US bank that I could immediately start using the account by enrolling in online banking. You can not do this without an account number or a pin however, which you can't get unless you login to online banking, go into a branch, or wait 5-7 days to get the card by mail. Can't login to online banking because I of course can't enroll in it. Branch hours don't match the hours posted online so going in is a gamble. Guess I'll get access to my account "immediately" by waiting 5-7 days (business days I assume) and hope I can login then. I fully expect to be treated as a small customer to a big bank here. Elevations Credit Union probably would have been a better choice

      I opened an account for my nonprofit about 6 weeks ago, and it has been a complete nightmare from end to end. The only bright spot is the staff at this branch, who were lovely, but can't overcome the disaster that is US Bank. When I opened the account (at the branch), it took a while, and rather than keep them past closing time, I told them they could just send me my debit card and PIN, which I didn't want anyway. What they apparently didn't know was that without a PIN, you can't set up your online account or anything else, as it is core to their security protocols. When the password I was given for the online account didn't work, I was stuck. After many phone calls trying to get that straightened out, I gave up and waited for the PIN to arrive. Then it didn't work. More calls, more snail mail, finally got a PIN that worked. Then began the saga of trying to get my nonprofit accountant set up for shared access to my account. Turns out US Bank had just released an updated web process for that, and it didn't actually work (and they acknowledged this). Apparently they don't actually test features before releasing them. Six times I had to register her for access, then discover that the system had messed up, then unregister her. Many, many hours spent with Customer Service. Finally, after several weeks, my accountant was able to log in to my account, only to discover that she did not have access to my bank statements. I called Customer Service again to discover that US Bank does not include bank statements in shared access. They allow access to all individual transactions, but not to statements! No one could explain this idiotic policy. So that was the last straw for me. I'm closing the account and looking elsewhere.

      The absolute worst bank on the planet run don't walk away from this bank. if you are considering to go there or you are a current customer they won't give me my money which is sitting in my checking account.i ts unbelievable, it's taken me 5 days now and I still can't get $14,000 out of my checking account. The regional branch manager Gregory Francis and some other Bone head from the company called me while I was on the golf course and tried to convince me that they were a good company and I should stick with them I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone they are the worst most incompetent bank I've ever dealt with in Chicago Colorado or California

      Do not bank through US Bank, plain and simple. Everything is a hassle. Currently sitting in a line of about 15 cars and haven’t moved in 40 minutes because the ATM won’t let me take out money that is in my account. Can’t go into the branch currently, which is understandable, but this shouldn’t be more than a 2-minute transaction at an ATM. One of many, many frustrating experiences with this incompetent company.

      Sofia and Jose were both so wonderful in navigating a weird hold on a mobile deposit I made. They were friendly, patient, and spoke clearly about what was going on. They were fair and trustworthy. Would absolutely recommend this branch based on the staff!
