      This might be the rudest Bank I've ever been in. The snotty and unfriendly bank teller yelled across the counter if I had a mask, and when I said no she handed me one and held it by the string and turned her head like I had some kind of disease. I'm disappointed that chase hires such unprofessional and rude people. I have had Chase now for over 7 years, and because of certain events that have happened recently in dealing with them, I am probably switching all of my accounts. My advice, if you can find another bank, or at least another location, definitely do it! Very disappointed

      Don’t bother, unless you are a private client with 100K in your account they don’t care about you or your time. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. 3 times in the last month alone I scheduled an appointment on the app or in person, Every single time I came in they either told me the banker I specifically signed up to meet with wasn’t there or my “time” was incorrect. Chase used to be good, but this branch might be their downfall.

      Opened new business account. Got charged for unlimited "free" checks, had to spend an 1.5 hours talking to support in India. They also forgot to link my account, so I couldn't access it online.

      The small business banker here was amazing in helping us set up our account. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She spent a long time answering our questions and helping us make the right choices for our business. We got our debit cards fast, when we ordered checks they came in right away. I would recommend this bank to anyone needing a small business account.

      Nothing but great things to say about this branch of Chase Bank. Ben Turrill on the business banking side is God-send and has been proactively helpful on numerous occasions before I even realized there was an issue. The Private Client team on the personal banking side is also great. Ive never gone in here without somebody immediately getting up to say hello and I always feel like a valued customer with just about every banker there knowing me by name regardless of if I've done work with them individually or not. I drive from North Boulder to make this Chase branch my primary banking establishment just because of how good they are. Keep it up!

      Very friendly, great customer service, and a pleasure to deal with every time. For the last 10 years I've essential done all my banking through this branch of Chase, and the folks at here have always been able to fulfill my banking needs. Thanks Chase!

      Worst customer experience in a bank. We wanted to open an account and sat in the lobby for 40 mins. 20 mintues before closing a teller finally came to us and said a new account would take 45 minutes and there wasn't enough time. They could have informed us about this at anytime, but wasted an hour of our time. I would strongly suggest avoiding this location.

      I Don't know what the Negative responses are talking about, I have always been given excellent service in an expedient fashion at this branch. Actually, these excellent people prompted me to switch banks from Wells-Fargo because I felt like I was actually approached as a person, rather than a robot score card. I Like the people that work at this branch.

      Courteous employees cannot overcome the fact that Chase is a major provider of financial support to climate-destroying fossil fuel projects. Choose a truly local bank or credit union instead.

      Worst customer service. I went in to open an account. No body greets you at the bank. I asked a teller if there's anybody whom i could talk to, he asks me to wait. 20mins later, when you go check on what's happening, he tells me to come tomorrow and tells me they work on appointment basis. So all that time I waited at the bank? they were just making me look stupid. I will never do banking with Chase again.
