  Diane and her team were amazing throughout our first home buying experience. I had a lot of questions and they patiently answered every single one until my husband and I felt comfortable. The communication was excellent, Diane or someone from her team was always available and quick to respond. We ended up closing on the perfect home, in less than a month from the time our offer was accepted. Diane made the whole process super smooth, I can't recommend her and her team enough!

  My husband and I have purchased six homes in our marriage and have done a handful of refis as well...Working with Diane and her team was by far our BEST mortgage experience! She made what is usually a rather painful process practically pain-free!!! Everything went smoothly and we always knew they were on top of each step along the way. Great communication and updates. And Mary and Glenn (her back up team) were every bit as good as Diane. If we are ever in the market for another mortgage I would go straight back to Diane and would refer her to anyone I know who needs a mortgage. This team is professional and an absolute delight to work with!!!

  I have now worked with Diane at Citywide on 3 home loans and she is simply the best. I would not use anyone else!!! Most recently, I refinanced my original loan to keep the house as a rental property while I purchased a new home to move into. Diane and her amazing team helped me every step of the way and worked with me on multiple different potential scenarios (at no cost to me) to make sure that I was making the best financial decision and obtaining the best rates. Closings were smooth and on time without any problems. Her team is professional, friendly, responsive, accessible and just a joy to work with. I highly recommend!!!

  My wife and I were working with Diane and her team to get pre-approval for a loan to buy our first home, but could not reach anyone when the process began to take longer than two months. We had a deadline by which to provide a pre-approval letter, that they assured us they would help us make when they finally responded to our attempts at contact one week before the deadline. On the day of the deadline, we were informed that Diane was moving to a new agency and that we would now be working with another agent from her former agency, Citywide Home Loans, whom I highly recommend as our new agent was still able to get us our pre-approval letter on time.

Unfortunately, all of the necessary paperwork was not completed by the time my Team and I left my previous Company.   Recently did a transaction with Diane. It was at an impressive lightning speed, with various hurdles and challenges (as is normal) which she handled properly, attentively, and in a timely fashion. We closed on time and there was no issue with funding. She's very responsive and available and that's worth its weight in gold! Her loans are solid, well done, and I'd recommend her without reserve.
