      Got locked out of online banking and 5/3rd phone account information for no reason, called to try to fix this, waited 2 hours on hold, got disconnected after calling back 2 times, called local branch said cannot help me, someone else call back i recommend NOT TO BANK WITH Fifth Third, i may close my account in the future.

      This is the absolute worst bank in the world. The customer service is beyond awful. They are hands down the most sneaky and underhanded business I've ever had to deal with. I wouldn't bank with them another day if they paid me!

      Very upset about service. How should I know inside policy of the bank.In my understanding if closing time is 5:30pm and I arrived at 5:20pm. All services should be available. Coin machine closes at 5:15pm because employees don't want to deal with it after 5:30pm.Plus they don't accept coins at the counter.Since when coins are not money. Learned hard way.

      They have very poor customer service, I went in there for help and rocio told me there was nothing she could do, I am going to close out my accounts next week, I order something through PayPal and I didn't get it and they charged me twice and I didn't receive my product, If I could give this no stars I would
