  I don't think you can trust the ATM drive up tellers. I drove up put my money into the thing. No one greeted me through the telecom. Only when I buzzed them and the teller gave an attitude of she was too busy with other customers. Been going to US bank for years! Never had such attitude. I felt shorted money as well!

  We have been going to this location for awhile and have had decent customer service. Today we went and needed assistance from a banker regarding mortgage issues as we were not able to get ahold of the mortgage department via phone. Ariadna De Los Santos was the banker who helped us and she went above and beyond. She was able to reach out to the mortgage department and answered all our questions. Even after spending 30 mins+ on the phone she still had a smile on her face. Ariadna's customer service skills were amazing, if you need any kind of banking assistance she is the one to see!

  Horrible ATMs! New ones got recently installed and to my surprise one was out of service and the second one was printing receipts in Error 🤦‍♀️👊

  My personal banker is Tanisha Dawson, and she is the greatest PB, I've ever had in all my years of banking! I must say she's attentive to customer needs, her customer service is outstanding, she'll help out as much as possible when it comes to making certain decisions, she make sure your comfortable with your decision. Since day 1 she has always greeted me with a smile and eager to help! To love your Bank & have an awesome banker you can't go wrong, I'm a loyal and completely Satisfied customer!

  Open an account at US Bank today. It's nice to know that personal banking is still available to its customers, When it seems like automation is the way all other banks are going. Our personal Banker wasTanisha Dawson. She was outstanding with explaining everything the bank has to offer. I would highly recommend this facility and their staff. GREAT JOB!!!! Tanisha

  You closed the Stickney branch bank when all the senior citizens who live all around that neighborhood go to the bank because it's the only bank around there. Now they have go find a way to get to a furture bank. Not to mention all your customers have to travel further to get to a bank. It's definitely an inconvenience to your customers. You closed a bunch of branches to start out with which make your customers travel further and now you do this. There are plenty of other banks that we can go to and we are thinking of it.

  If I could give no stars I would - they don’t answer their phone - They require minors children to have a government issued id to deposit a check into their parents account - how many 14 year olds do you know with an official government Id. Then they don’t enforce their policy and then they explain if they signed it prior to coming in there would have been no check. Figure out your policy- customer for 20+ years time to move on to bank that cares

  Aundrea, Cretia and Tanisia are amazing! Always have a smile, and have always gone above and beyond. Aundrea has a ton of knowledge and has been an asset to this location for many years. She is why I go there.

  Drive thru very slow even with all lanes open. Open lobby already other banks are.
