Dylan Kelly1ATM always eats your cash when you try to deposit, and then gives you an error and then you have to call them multiple times and wait several days for them to give credit to your account. Just hold your literal cash hostage for days on end and refuse to fix whatever problem is with this ATM.

Rahmi Arikan1Dormant fee taken out of my any account without any notification. I respect that it was under the terms and conditions that every member sign before opening an account but it is still NOT okay for anyone taking money out of my account without notifying me. I specifically mentioned that I am looking for a free checking account and do not want to be charged any fees, I think it is fair to expect US Bank to inform me this “Dormant fee” thing when I open the account. It is deceiving a member of a bank and hiding under the reason “you signed it”. I have had a US bank account for over five years now and I do not recommend anyone to be a victim of these kind of situations. I have been on the phone close to three hours now bouncing back and forth between 1800 numbers and branches. No one can help! I am just hoping no one will face this.

john badgerav1Very poor customer service. Very slow through the drive thru. Other line of drive-thru service for cars served five different customers while I waited for the teller to cash a check. She definitely does not know her job. Elderly blond lady.

Alex1Went to deposit money in the ATM. There was a note that said it couldn't take deposits. I moved over to the teller lane to make the deposit and they told me they closed at 5. It was 5:01.

Jason Proctor1Awful customer service. The drive Throughs are the longest I have ever dealt with and that was before the pandemic now it’s nearly impossible! Thank God for credit unions

Samuel B (Sammy B)1U.S. bank is the reason they have credit unions. So people who are sick of banks and all the b.s. that come with them have an alternative. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. I'm pretty sure u.s. bank is where money goes to die.
