  Online banking used to provide option of a PIN in place of password which is obviously much faster. 3 separate reps I phoned said it is only the phone settings and nothing to do with the app. Why did it quit working for me then? I changed the phone settings? Not. Pathetic inconsistent lies. Don't use Sidney Cisneros for loan

  I've always had a good experience here, however today I was in a hurry, on my lunch.. attempted to get someone's attention at the front desk, to no avail. Got in a long line to speak to a teller, who told me I needed to be helped at the front desk... didnt take my name to let someone know i was waiting. I am sitting in the branch still waiting, 15 minutes now and have yet to be assisted. Very irritating! Just need a debit card!

  Hands down the best branch STCU has b/c the lines are always short so I hope in writing an excellent review I don't jinx myself!! The ladies working inside & in the drive-thru are always helpful, knowledgeable, quick & personal!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

  Outstanding credit union and my favorite branch. Has a small town feel to it. I financed my last home loan through STCU and found them very pleasant to work with
