  My cousin and I went to do the auto refinance, but the lady who looks like an Indian (I think she is a manager) was very rude. Very less appreciation toward customers. She could have done better. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but she definitely need to work on how she behave. This is 3-4 times I’ve encountered her this behavior. Very surprising at the beginning but not at all after 2-3 times. Other workers are pretty good!

  My significant other and I worked with Tiffany last weekend. She was quite pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first experience using a bank branch inside another retail store -- I was very pleasantly surprised at how professional and efficient it was.

  A teller(Calls customer honey) can't remember her name but she declined to deposit my check. I had to go to Hudson Branch to make a deposit. Also who the hell charges their new customers $27 for checks?Terrible service. I'm thinking of closing my account. I had a lot better relationship with wells fargo.

  Dark haired heavy set teller. Would not take my check to make a payment for my credit card without my ID which I didn't have. That is not the rule. I've made this payment Many times. Many of my business accounts For years will be CLOSED SOON! Terrible service!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service skills!! I would recommend anyone to try another bank or at least another US Bank location.

  Teller by the name of Tiffany at State Rd branch went out of her way to be rude.... Have no clue what has happened to customer appreciation.

  The manager that works there is very disrespectful and rude spectrum over free my account 3 times and the manager treated me like a crook she's always miserable she needs to be a maid somewhere where's she works alone she should not hold the title of manager
