  Used to love this bank but the service level has dropped to basically zero. Website is frequently down (spinning wheel on logon attempt), chat support doesn't work well and calling the branch has become impossible. It's like they want your deposit but not you. If you want app-only banking I think this would work for you.

  I have very mixed feelings about Westfield (CF branch). Although I live closer to the old 2nd&Portage Trail location, the ATM drive-thru situation is MUCH better at the State Rd. Westfield. And I have always found the people inside to be helpful and pleasant. Biggest gripes are their hours (closed Saturdays and close too early on weekdays) and the bank branches cannot be called individually, only an 800 number, that is not user-friendly.

While we don't have in-branch hours on Saturdays, you can access your accounts from the My Westfield Bank app and in online banking 24/7.   We knew when Valley Savings became Westfield things would change and not for the better. The recent move has inconvenienced many elderly and disabled people who used to live nearby. Now there is no ATM for us to get cash without paying extra or finding transportation to this new location. Of course other banks won't even exchange larger bills for smaller ones, they are so considerate. This place may be wonderful inside, but I won't be visiting. Transferring is still an option.

For our customers' convenience, Westfield Bank reimburses up to $12 in foreign ATM fees each statement cycle. Customers are also able to withdraw cash fee-free from the network of MoneyPass ATMs: https://www.moneypass.com/atm-locator.html.   Guess what? I love this bank. The staff are super friendly and they are always very nice to my daughter. All these people crying in the reviews make me sick. You should just be glad they left a brach in cuyahoga falls, these Google reviewers will run them out of town. The new location isn't perfect but at least its still in town, you could be driving to fairlawn. Never had any issues with the service or my money in the last 5 years. I'm about to go there right now because they're open till six on Fridays, so i can do that. See you crybabies at the bank...

  WORST BANK EVER! I had my banking account hacked and 60+!!! yes 60+ fraud charges where used on my account and it has been 2 weeks since this has happened and I have still not received my money back. You can not call directly into the local bank branch you will call an 800# and sit on hold for them to transfer you! I have been in contact daily with the fraud line and the dispute line and they keep dropping the ball and not doing nothing but transfer me to a different person every time! They tried to tell me all my items were refunded but clearly after going over all 60+ fraud charges they missed over 20! So needless to say it has been 2 weeks and I am still fighting with them to fix the problem! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS BANK!!!!!

  I can't believe they were not open today - Christmas Eve! Other banks - PNC, Chase and others were open who welcomed us with open arms. They are not even open on Saturday, the day I do my banking. For busy business people weekends and holidays are the most convenient.

With online banking, you can: deposit checks, view real-time account balances and transaction history, pay bills, and transfer funds between accounts.   I always dread going here--- The tellers are hardly ever friendly. And why would the ATM not accept check deposits?? The new location is not convenient whatsoever. Seriously thinking of changing banks.

  People inside are fine, parking lot sucks and their hours make it very difficult to plan around since that’s when most parents are at work.

  Terrible customer service will be closing my accounts with them this week. New locations is horrendous, bad parking lot layout, lots of traffic.
