  Overpriced and picky pickers paradise and pickers pawn is better and they are low ballers also games are to expensive not a wide selection of stuff if your a game or toy collecter also this ain’t the place for you and for the rest not a good variety of items only high end toy trucks and jewelery also guns I saw a game that’s worth $15 for $30 what type of deal is that !!! And this is the Medford location by the way !

  I recently purchased a Glock 19 on layaway and the customer service from Todd, John, Jacob and a brunette woman (Sue??) was outstanding. Everyone was very kind and informative and spoke with a genuine intent to help someone that's fairly new to firearms. I've been in the service industry all my life and I can appreciate good customer service like Valley Pawn/Cash Connection. I'll be buying from them again in the future.

  People who work here are very rude and assuming. I was looking for a rifle that was going to be purchased by my mother as a birthday gift. She knows nothing about firearms and told me to go pick out what I wanted. They accused me of being a felon and said that I probably couldn’t even legally own a firearm and that’s why my mother was going to buy it. They refused to hear her or my explanation of the situation. I couldn’t believe the way they treated my mother or myself. They even went as far as to say that my mother was breaking the law and that they could call the police on her and that she could go to jail. I’ll never go to this establishment ever again. I will never suggest this location to anybody, ever. I will however recommend everyone checks out central point pawn instead. Very helpful and friendly staff there. They helped my mother and myself pick out a very nice rifle and they were very friendly and inviting during the entire process. Neither one of us got threats of jail time at central point pawn. DO NOT GO TO CASH CONNECTION!!!

  Chris, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, it sounds like your experience was at Cash Connection in Central Point and not Cash Connection in Medford. Both are state licensed pawnbrokers and Federal Firearm License holders, but independent of each other and run by separate ownership. However, as Federal Firearm Licensed holder we take our responsibility of transferring firearms very seriously and have been instructed by the ATF to look for transactions where individuals could be looking to avoid the background check process. I hope you will give Cash Connection Medford a visit and who knows, maybe even find yourself another firearm to purchase.

  Excellent customer service! I went to pick out some jewelry, I found a ring I was just in love with & fit me perfectly!! Unfortunately it was way out of my price range. The guy behind the counter noticed my disappointment and cut me an amazing deal so I could walk out with the ring! Super nice of him!

  I was sold a broken rifle that was listed in good working condition and when it arrived it does not fire. After multiple attempts of trying to contact them and return it I have been completely ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They will rip you off.

  This is by far the best pawn shop in this valley when ever we go in they give us a great deal on guns and anything else in the store, they are great individuals, they are all very knowledgeable in guns and the rest of their merchandise. You people who complain about not getting what it's worth when pawning your personal items you guys obviously don't realize they have to turn a profit when you don't come in and pay on your pawn, maybe you shouldn't be pawning things in the first place, stop bad mouthing a good business and good people. Valley pawn and trade your the best!

  It has been almost 2 weeks and still havent got my gun back I paid it to get out now I cant have it I'm not a felony or even a misdemeanor or speeding ticket and I paid the full amount for my gun and cant get it so frustrated!! Dont let or trust a loan.

  Hi Tara, we understand your frustration. Currently the Oregon State Police background check process is days and weeks when it use to be only minutes. More firearms are being purchased, and background checks are being processed, which result in slower processing times. Please don't blame us as we have done all that we can. The processing of your background check is out of our control. We wish the process would speed up, but you are in the system and as soon as we have a response you will be contacted.
